Group lessons are the most popular. These are held on Saturdays and Sundays and each lesson lasts for one hour. The groups are kept small, with each rider's needs taken into account. Suitable mounts are carefully selected. Some mid-week lessons are also available.

Kyrewood has an outstanding group of horses, from the very quiet horses and ponies suitable for nervous beginners, to well-schooled competition horses and schoolmasters at all levels for the more experienced riders. Bookings for these lessons are essential.

Private lessons of 45 minutes duration may be arranged by special appointment.
